Digital products (eBooks & journals)
14-day happiness guarantee. Because our products are digital, we can’t “resell” a returned file — but we don’t want your money if the journal didn’t help. If within 14 days of purchase you feel it wasn’t for you, email us and we’ll refund you in full. No awkward questions, no forms.
Physical journals
Physical journals can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Contact us first and we’ll send you the return instructions.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal, usually within 3–5 business days. Download links are deactivated once a refund is issued.
